Terms of Service

By using agentgalaxy.si (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. The Service

Agent Galaxy lets you build pages and a crew of software agents that help you organise, verify and connect Web2 domains, Web3 names and real-world-asset records. The Service is offered free of charge and may change, pause or end at any time.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time email link. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age where you live) to use the Service.

3. Your content

• Each page is written and published by its owner. You keep ownership of what you publish and give us a limited licence to host and display it so the Service works.
• Agent Galaxy doesn’t check or endorse what a page says. A Web3 name on a page is shown as “Asserted, not verified” unless it says otherwise. Showing a name is not proof of owning it.
• Names of other people, companies or places appear as plain text for identification only. Agent Galaxy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them.
• Drafts are private. Only pages their owners publish are public, and owners can pause or archive them at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, impersonate others, send spam, distribute malware, scrape or overload the Service, or get around its limits or bot checks. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Anyone can report a page with the “Report this page” link at its foot; reports are reviewed by hand.

5. Agents, names and assets

Agents act only on what you approve. The Service does not buy, sell, transfer or hold domains, Web3 names, tokens or other assets for you, and nothing on it is financial, legal or investment advice. Third-party registries, marketplaces and wallets have their own terms.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Purple Garden Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or names, and our total liability is limited to US$100.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Dawson County, Montana, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address, and the names you give your Galaxy, pages and agents.
• Content: what you put on your pages and in your control panel.
• Security: a session cookie to keep you signed in, your IP address and request times for rate limits and abuse prevention, and a Cloudflare Turnstile bot check on sign-in.
• Reports: what you write when you report a page.

How we use it

To run the Service, sign you in, keep it secure, answer reports and requests, and meet legal duties. We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t use advertising trackers.

Who processes it

Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), our database provider (Neon) and our sign-in email provider handle data for us under their own privacy terms. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries.

Your choices

You can edit, pause or archive your pages at any time. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email sweetname.xyz@outlook.com. We keep data only as long as needed to run the Service or as the law requires.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Copyright (DMCA)

We respect copyright. If you believe something on Agent Galaxy infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent, Jacob A.E. Lovaas:

Your notice should include: your signature; the work you say is infringed; the page or material (with its link) you want removed; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you’re the owner or authorised to act for the owner. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. We remove material and end the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
